A water cooled scroll chiller is one of the best ways to do that. Also known as the Cold Shot Chillers. Scroll chiller works by using two main interleaving scrolls to compress fluids/refrigerant.

It uses low-pressure gas that enters the main compressor compartment where it is compressed. Upon compression high-pressure gas is derived.

This gas enters a condenser where the condensed water removes the heat and cools it as a high-pressure liquid. The liquid, in turn, cools and condenses the main refrigerant.
